Air flow is critical for maintaining correct temps when working with the door open. The Alluserv Air Curtain Refrigerator’s airflow goes not only from side to side, but also front to back, making it superior to those that only have side to side air flow.
The air curtain is designed for tray make up and is designed to be able to retain its temperature with the door open for up to 90 min. The unit is equipped with a glass door, perimeter bumper, and 6″ heavy duty casters, two rigid, two swivel with brakes.
