This mobile unit features two self-adjusting, self-lubricating dispensers—each capable of holding a 27-inch high stack of plates ranging from 7″ to 10 3/4″ in diameter—for smooth, hassle-free operation. Constructed from heavy-duty 18-gauge, 300 series stainless steel, this plate heater is built to withstand the demands of high-volume use while allowing for easy cleaning and sanitization. The cabinet is insulated on all sides and the top with fiberglass to help retain heat and reduce energy usage, maintaining internal temperatures between 175°F and 215°F. For added safety, an automatic high-temperature shut-off feature prevents overheating.
